I love new builds! It's exciting to play a part of bringing a concept to life. I've worked with great architects over the years and built some amazing high-end houses. My goal with every house is to build it right and finish it perfectly. I'm definitely not your man for ''wack 'em up, she'll be right" type jobs.

RENOVATE AND CREATE
Dunedin is the place for do-ups as houses are actually affordable. Buying a cheaper, older house doesn't mean you can't enjoy the comforts of modern living. With some careful planning and design inspiration, I can help your property reach its potential, increase its value and create the space you want. Kitchens, bathrooms or the whole house, I can do it.
KEEP A SAFE WORKSITE
A safe workplace is imperative and I don't take shortcuts. I keep Worksafe's Absolutely Essential Health and Safety guide on me at all times, it's great. And my first aid certificate is up to date.
DECKS AND FENCES
I've built a few bloody decks in my time, and I've barbecued on many more. A deck can add so much value to your home, not just in a financial sense, but improving the way you live. I've got lots of ideas to build your dream outdoor space.

I am operate with a robust Covid-19 Site Specific Safety Plan (SPPP) in place. The health and wellbeing of my staff, clients, subcontractors and suppliers are my number one priority. We’re all in this together.
